Alpha’s Touch & Exclusive Services is an indigenously owned Laundry outfit. Located in the central part of Lagos, Nigeria. We pride ourselves in offering “quality & affordable” laundry services within the City, with pickup & delivery options. A larger percentage of our clientele are working-class people, who outsource their laundry needs / worries.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Laundry Shop Assistant

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities 

  • Attend to inquiries from all walk-in customers.
  • Receive all clothes.
  • Count, tag & record all details accurately.
  • Send records & clothes to the head office.
  • Manage interactions and expectations of customers.
  • Check for damages & possible alterations
  • Perform any other ad-hoc responsibilities as required during work hours.

Required Skills

  • Interested candidates should possess a minimum of SSCE qualification with 0 – 5 years work experience.
  • Moderate use & understanding of the English language.
  • A strong sense of cleanliness & arrangement.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • An individual who can give positive suggestions to help improve services.
  • Age requirement is between 19 – 27 years old.

Other Requirements:

  • A selfless, smart &individual, who is able to take initiatives & dependable Preferably female, who also lives in Surulere or its environs (Mushin, Surulere, Costain, Lawanson, Orile, Aguda)

Salary
N30,000 – N35,000 monthly.
