We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Lead, Corporate and Contracts

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full time

Job Role

  • Providing continuing counsel and guidance on corporate and legal matters including governance, contracts, property, regulations, taxation and labour
  • Negotiating, drafting, reviewing and concluding contracts and other policy documents on behalf of the Company
  • Assessing and advising on contract status, legal risks, and the legal liabilities associated with different business transactions
  • Advising and ensuring the Company’s standing on legal and regulatory compliance matters, including statutory meetings, filings, training, policies and remittances
  • Keeping abreast with developments in relevant laws and regulatory policies
  • Conducting legal research for the benefit of and to provide legal solutions for the Company
  • Responsible for providing legal protection and services to the Company, its officers and gTalents.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law, and certification from the Nigerian Law School
  • Minimum of 7 – 10 years work experience in commercial, corporate and/or regulatory environment
  • MBA / LLM / professional certification will be an added advantage
  • Experience in aviation will be an added advantage.
