We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Details

  • We are a fast-growing fashion retailing outlet looking to recruit a young, vibrant, fashion-conscious lady with a passion for fashion, styling and retailing.
  • This permanent position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career in fashion and marketing and the advantage of gaining hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the successful running of the store daily
  • Develop effective marketing strategies to drive customer traffic and achieve sales target
  • Responsible for supervising Retail Associates and ensuring they maintain excellent customer service
  • Set policies and processes
  • Must be smart and good looking
  • Responsible for managing inventory including maintaining appropriate inventory levels, stock counts and sorting of inventory received

Requirements – Skills, Abilities and Knowledge

  • 2+ years’ experience in related position
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Calm, confident with a high sense of responsibility
  • Must be passionate about fashion, must be trendy and stylish
  • Must possess strong marketing skills
  • Experience with social media and running/managing social media site

Salary
NGN80,000 – NGN150,000 / Month.
