Rubels & Angels is a Premium Dining and Take out Restaurant redefining the food service industry.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Manager

Location: Lagos City, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Would you like this adapted to a specific role (e.g., Operations Manager, General Manager, or Project Manager)?
  • Mitigate risks and resolve complex issues proactively, including conflict resolution, crisis management, and escalation handling.
  • Report to senior leadership, delivering comprehensive updates on operational performance, strategic initiatives, and organizational challenges.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet organizational goals by aligning team objectives with broader company vision.
  • Lead and inspire teams, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of workflows, optimal resource utilization, and adherence to operational standards.
  • Establish and enforce organizational policies and procedures, driving compliance, consistency, and efficiency across departments.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and analysis of financial reports to support informed decision-making.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for corrective action.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations, cultivating talent and supporting employee development and retention.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration, ensuring that departments work cohesively toward common objectives.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND, Bachelor’s Degree with 1-2 years experience.
  • Must reside within the axis of Ago Palace.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / Month.
