Volyage Homes and Investment, a real estate company located Lagos Mainland, Lagos State, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketer

Location: Abule Egba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketer to join our team. As a Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products or services, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitor activity.
  • Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer service, to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Analyze marketing metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation, to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Identify and capitalize on new marketing opportunities, including events, partnerships, and sponsorships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze marketing metrics and optimize strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Salary
N150,000 / month.
