Job Title: Marketer / Sales Associate

Location: Ode-Remo, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketer/Sales Associate with a strong track record of at least 4years of relevant experience.
  • The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies to increase sales, expand market presence, and drive sustainable business growth. Experience in the Real Estate, Construction, or Agricultural sectors is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and excellent customer service.
  • Create and implement marketing campaigns, proposals, and presentations that generate leads and close deals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential customers.
  • Collaborate with management to develop pricing strategies and promotional activities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and client satisfaction.
  • Track and report on sales performance, marketing ROI, and market insights.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
  • Background in Real Estate, Construction, or Agriculture is a plus.
  • Strong networking, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proximity to the location, Ode-Remo, Iperu, Ogere, and Sagamu.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of N150,000 – N350,000 (based on experience and qualifications).
