Job Description

Total Child School is a co-educational Nursery, Primary and Secondary School. The school is sited at a serene location providing a beautiful, natural and highly conducive atmosphere for learning. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing and Communications Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement an effective communications strategy based on our target audience.
  • Write, edit, and distribute content, including publications, press releases, website content, annual reports, speeches, and other marketing material that communicates the organization’s activities, products and/or services.
  • Seek opportunities to enhance the reputation of the brand, and coordinate publicity events as required.
  • Maintain records of media coverage and collate analytics and metrics.
  • Proficiency in design and publishing software.
  • Manage conflict as it arises and escalate to management..

Requirements

  • Good University Degree in a related course – Marketing, Journalism, Mass Communications etc or a background in social media and content management.
  • Must Have a good and approachable personality.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with online or digital marketing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, content management systems, and social media platforms.
