The Hub Restaurant, Lounge & Bar is a unique and vibrant dining experience in the heart of Jikwoyi-Abuja. We’re a fusion of restaurant, lounge, and bar, offering a diverse range of cuisine, craft cocktails, and live entertainment. We’re seeking a talented and creative marketer and content creator to join our team!

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing and Content Creation Specialist

Location: Jikwoyi , Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, print, digital) to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Create high-quality content (text, images, video) for our website, social media, and email marketing campaigns
  • Manage our social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analysing engagement metrics
  • Collaborate with our management team to develop targeted marketing strategies and tactics
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions
  • Assist in planning and executing events, promotions, and special offers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local influencers and bloggers
  • Manage our email marketing campaigns and create regular newsletters

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Experience with graphic design software
  • Familiarity with email marketing software

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the hospitality or food industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization is a plus
  • Familiarity with video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere) is a plus
  • Experience with event planning is a plus.
