We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Officer

Locations: Abuja and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist business-to-business customers with locating proper apparel.
  • Create customer orders in order fulfillment software.
  • Contact customers via phone or email for pick-up of completed orders.
  • Consistently attempt to have all available sizes represented on the sales floor by reporting the voids to the merchandise support specialist, as well as participate in restocking such items as necessary.
  • Ensure customer orders are moving through the fulfillment process in a consistent and timely manner.
  • Perform End-of-Day procedures in order fulfilment software.
  • Adhere to the Customer Service Standards established for the department.
  • Adhere to the Merchandise Presentation Standards established for the department.
  • Maintain excellent communication with fellow workers and leadership.
  • Protect the company’s value and integrity by maintaining confidentiality.
  • Commit to and accountable for the delivery of exceptional customer service.
  • Lead, encourage and promote positive team member engagement; empower individuality while promoting productivity.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an HND / NCE / OND / SSCE qualification.
  • At least 2 years work experience.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly
