We are a Butchery and Food Resources Company based in Lagos. We are primarily into providing affordable and quality meat products to our customers.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Meat Store Associate
Location:Â Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Position Description
- We’re looking for a results-driven Meat Store Associate with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
- An executive that can provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Ensure adequate stock is available at every point in time.
- Ensure for proper bookkeeping records.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and networks.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- May Carry out procurement activities to meet the supply needs of the store.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
Requirements
- National Diploma, HND or B.Sc in Business or any related field
- Proven work experience in a meat shop.
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Perform a thorough background check before jumping into the sales process.
- Collaboration across different roles with great team spirit.
- Take advantage of the latest technology.
- Trendy in business intelligence & Social Media Savvy
- Good listening, selling, negotiation and communication skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Must be based around CMD, Magodo Phase 1 & 2, Shangisha, Ketu, Alausa, Ogudu, Ojota, Ojodu Berger, Omole and Ogba Environs.
