Job Description
- We are currently seeking a highly motivated and intelligent NYSC HR Intern to join our team. If you have a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for human resources, we encourage you to apply.
- As an NYSC HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of human resources while contributing to the success of our organization.
- This internship is designed for smart and driven individuals with exceptional academic records who have recently completed their undergraduate studies with a minimum of a 2.1 result/CGPA.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and job advertisements.
- Participate in the shortlisting of candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with applicants.
- Assist in conducting initial candidate interviews.
Employee Onboarding:
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Assist in conducting orientation sessions for new employees.
HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Assist in managing HR files and documents.
- Handle general HR inquiries and requests.
Training and Development:
- Assist in organizing training programs and workshops.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions.
- Monitor and track employee training records.
Compliance and Policy Implementation:
- Assist in ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations.
- Support the HR team in compliance-related tasks.
Data Analysis:
- Compile and analyze HR data for reporting purposes.
- Assist in generating HR reports and dashboards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of a 2.1 result/CGPA in undergraduate studies.
- Excellent academic records in WAEC or its equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- NYSC Member serving in Lagos.
