We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Operations-Manage day-to-day operations ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Strategic Planning-Contribute to strategic planning and implementation for operations.
  • Team Management-Lead and manage local and possibly expatriate teams.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Operations Management Engineering, or a related field
  • 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in an international or expatriate context.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
