We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Descriptions

  • Oversee and direct daily company administrative processes and procedures.
  • Report to and assist the Chief Operating Officer in daily tasks and duties.
  • Ensure company policies align with and advance business objectives.
  • Strategically map out, plan, manage projects analyze and maintain operational data.
  • Develop improved business functionality that increases profits.
  • Communicate with management teams to confirm the execution of company processes.
  • Train staff in policies and procedures and supervise their daily work.
  • Set goals for staff, monitor their progress, and conduct frequent performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with best business practices throughout the organization.
  • Implement improved operational measures and policies that promote efficiency.
  • Track and maintain budgets for operational costs.
  • Coordinate purchase of raw materials and supplies
  • Maintain positive client and vendor relationships.

Job Specifications

  • Minimum of BSc / BA in Business Administration, sales, or relevant course
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a sales, Business Development, or Operations officer.
  • Proven work experience in the fashion industry would be an added advantage
  • Should reside in Yaba or its environs.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn customers’ insights into brand actions.
  • Must have a vast knowledge of fashion and themarketat large.
  • Acute understanding of resource allocation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other operational software
  • Adept problem solver and decision maker
  • Excellent communicator both orally and written.
  • Detail-oriented.
