We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Order Management Specialist

Location: Awka, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description 

  • We are looking to hire an experienced order entry specialist to handle receipts, invoicing and data entry into the database in an aluminum extrusion factory.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Input sales order in the database.
  • Liaise with the production team to process customer orders.
  • Interacting with clients to inform them of the prices and issue receipts.
  • Ensure that the customer orders are intact and delivered on time.
  • Process sales data into invoice data.
  • Liaise with account team to ensure customer payment are received.
  • Work with warehouse personnel to ensure on time delivery.
  • Managing customer satisfaction.
  • Work hand in hand with the inventory officer to optimize seamless workflow.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND in related fields and completed the NYSC program.
  • At least 3 years of experience as order entry specialist.
  • Top-notch computer skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tools
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Ability to work with confidential information.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Diligent with great attention to details.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Salary
N50,000 – N60,000 / month.
