Introduction

  • In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the forefront of our newest venture, FC Business, dedicated to redefining how companies offer meals to their employees through our cutting-edge technology and expansive restaurant network.
  • Your ability to navigate complex negotiations, foster strong client connections, drive customer retention, and ensure seamless client onboarding will be instrumental in reshaping the corporate dining landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Operations: Lead the development and execution of high-impact sales strategies, focusing on closing deals and expanding our corporate clientele. Nurture and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and cultivate robust client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with FC Business services.
  • Customer Retention: Implement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty, contributing to increased customer retention rates.
  • Client Onboarding: Oversee the seamless onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a positive experience and swift integration into the FC Business platform.
  • Operations Leadership: Oversee operational aspects, optimizing processes for meal delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to align FC Business within the FoodCourt ecosystem and ensure synergy across all departments.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Sales & Client Acquisition: Revenue generated, client acquisition rate, conversion rate.
  • Client Relationship Management: Client satisfaction scores, client retention rates.
  • Customer Retention: Customer churn rate, repeat purchase rate, loyalty program engagement.
  • Client Onboarding Success: Time to onboard new clients, satisfaction scores on the onboarding process.
  • Operational Excellence: Timely delivery rates, resolution time for quality issues.
  • Team Collaboration & Satisfaction: Employee satisfaction scores, team performance indicators, retention rates.

Reports:

  • Weekly Reports: Combine daily sales performance insights and operational efficiency details into a comprehensive weekly report.
  • Customer Feedback Analysis: Weekly analysis of customer feedback trends, highlighting actionable insights.
  • Client Onboarding Progress: Track and report on the progress of new client onboarding efforts on a weekly basis.
  • Monthly Reports: Comprehensive overview of revenue growth, sales performance, customer retention strategies, and outcomes, alongside a detailed report on team performance and satisfaction.
  • Quarterly Reports: Strategic roadmap outlining future plans and improvements based on analysis, in addition to a cross-departmental alignment report.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Presentation Skills: Proficiency in creating engaging presentations and decks for different audiences.
  • Demo Creation & Conduct: Ability to develop and conduct compelling online and in-person product demonstrations.
  • Communication Proficiency: Strong verbal and written skills for effective negotiation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Training & Education Abilities: Capability to educate teams or clients on the FC Business platform.
  • Adaptability to Technology Platforms: Familiarity with various online tools and adaptability to new technologies for communication and presentation delivery.
