Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Set daily/weekly/monthly production objectives and communicate this to production staff.
  • Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and performing schedules.
  • Ensure safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
  • Check production output according to specification.
  • Submit daily/weekly/monthly production report.
  • Identify issues in efficiency and suggest ways of improvement.
  • Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.

Job Requirements

  • First degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 3 years experience in a related role. Bubble Gum Production experience will be an added advantage.
  • Must reside in Otta Ogun State
  • Sound knowledge in production management.
  • HSE Competency
