We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining project scope, objectives, tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. Define clear project goals and success criteria.
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and providing guidance to ensure effective collaboration and performance. Foster a positive team environment and resolve conflicts as needed.
- Budget and Resource Management: Monitor and control project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation. Ensure optimal utilization of resources while maintaining financial constraints.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines, quality, or budget, and implement contingency plans as necessary.
- Communication: Maintain open and consistent communication with stakeholders, team members, and management. Provide regular project status updates, reports, and presentations to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality standards for project deliverables. Conduct thorough reviews to ensure that the project meets all requirements and adheres to established guidelines.
- Scope Management: Monitor project scope and manage any changes or deviations from the original plan. Ensure that scope changes are documented, evaluated, and approved by relevant stakeholders.
- Schedule Adherence: Monitor project progress against established timelines and milestones. Take proactive measures to address delays and adjust schedules as necessary to ensure on-time delivery.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and other relevant records.
- Client and Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external partners. Address concerns, gather feedback, and manage expectations to ensure overall project satisfaction.
- COREN Certification and othersis an added advantage.
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 3 – 5 years relevant work experience.
N70,000 – N200,000 Monthly (Competitive Salary + Commissions).
