Uncle Stan’s Foods is a small chops company known for it’s unique finger food taste all over Lagos. Our brand makes us unique.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring efficient working practices.
  • Monitor project progress against the plan, identifying and resolving any risks or issues promptly.
  • Track and manage project budgets, ensuring expenditures stay within approved limits.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and managers, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, documenting project progress and preparing reports.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables are achieved according to project specifications.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in project management processes.
  • Participate in project reviews and debriefings, sharing lessons learned and best practices.
  • Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities, maintaining focus on achieving project goals.
  • Comply with all relevant safety regulations and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project supervision or a related role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead teams.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project issues.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate project information to stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
