Job Title: Receptionist / Customer Service Representative (Female)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview

  • We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to join a Real Estate company.
  • The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and potential tenants in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking accurate messages when necessary.
  • Manage inquiries from clients and provide information about our services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist clients with their inquiries, providing information about available properties, rental rates, and application processes.
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude when dealing with clients and their requests.
  • Schedule appointments, property viewings, and meetings for agents and clients.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Collaborate with the real estate team to provide support in property management and leasing activities.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless client experiences.

Qualifications

  • A Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years experience in a customer service or receptionist role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is a plus.
  • Candidates must live around Chevron & Ajah.

Salary

  • N80,000 monthly.
