Wadata Relief Care Initiative (WRCI) is a non-profit organization in Nigeria dedicated to creating a just world where children’s rights and equality for girls and young persons are realized. We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Title: Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) for Vendors 2025 Pre-Qualification for Provision of Office Stationers and Equipment in Yobe State
Locations: Borno, Katsina, Sokoto and Yobe
Employment Type: Contract
Purpose
WRCI is seeking to pre-qualify reputable and experienced vendors to provide office stationers and equipment in Yobe State for 2025.
The selected vendors will support WRCI’s operations by providing high-quality office supplies and equipment.
Scope of Services
The office stationers and equipment required include, but are not limited to:
Office supplies such as paper, pens, notebooks, and folders.
Office equipment including printers, scanners, photocopiers, and computers.
Office furniture such as desks, chairs, and filing cabinets.
Any other related office supplies and equipment.
Eligibility Criteria
Interested vendors must meet the following criteria:
Valid registration with relevant authorities.
Proven track record of supplying office stationers and equipment.
Availability of a wide range of high-quality products.
Adequate warranty and after-sales support.
Compliance with all local and national regulations.
Ability to provide references from previous clients.

Submission Requirements
Interested vendors should submit the following documents:

Copy of valid registration and licenses.
List of available products and their specifications.
Proof of warranty and after-sales support.
References from at least three previous clients.
Any other relevant information that supports the vendor’s capability and experience.
Evaluation and Selection
Submissions will be evaluated based on the vendor’s experience, product quality, and compliance with the eligibility criteria.
Shortlisted vendors will be contacted for further discussions and possible site visits
