Wadata Relief Care Initiative (WRCI) is a non-profit organization in Nigeria dedicated to creating a just world where children’s rights and equality for girls and young persons are realized. Title: Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) for Vendors Pre-Qualification 2025 for Provision of Car Hire Services in Yobe State
Locations: Borno, Sokoto, Katsina and Yobe
Employment Type: Contract
Purpose
WRCI is seeking to pre-qualify reputable and experienced vendors to provide car hire services in Yobe State for 2025.
The selected vendors will support WRCI’s operations by providing reliable and efficient transportation services.
Scope of Services
The car hire services required include, but are not limited to:
Provision of well-maintained vehicles suitable for various terrains in Yobe State.
Vehicles can be available on a short-term and long-term basis.
Provision of experienced and licensed drivers.
Adherence to safety and security protocols.
Regular maintenance and servicing of vehicles.
Eligibility Criteria
Interested vendors must meet the following criteria:
Valid registration with relevant authorities.
Proven track record of providing car hire services.
Availability of a fleet of vehicles in good condition.
Adequate insurance coverage for vehicles and passengers.
Compliance with all local and national regulations.
Ability to provide references from previous clients.

Submission Requirements
Interested vendors should submit the following documents:
Company profile including contact details.
Copy of valid registration and licenses.
List of available vehicles and their specifications.
Proof of insurance coverage.
References from at least three previous clients.
Any other relevant information that supports the vendor’s capability and experience.
Evaluation and Selection
Submissions will be evaluated based on the vendor’s experience, capacity, and compliance with the eligibility criteria. Shortlisted vendors will be contacted for further discussions and possible site visits.
