Job Description

  • As a Retail Sales Lead, you will be the face of our company, building and nurturing relationships with potential clients.
  • Your mission will be to understand their needs, showcase the value of our products/services, and ultimately close deals.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting in-depth product presentations to potential clients.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Building a robust pipeline through prospecting and networking activities.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to share insights and enhance overall performance.
  • Providing excellent post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • ND, HND and B.Sc in any course of study
  • Maximum age is 35 years.
  • Proven experience in direct sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Goal-driven with a hunger for success.
