We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis:

  • Analyze revenue and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize data to provide actionable insights that help improve the overall revenue performance.

Sales Operations:

  • Support the sales team by creating and maintaining sales reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to ensure efficient sales processes and accurate data management.

Revenue Optimization:

  • Monitor and assess revenue targets and work with cross-functional teams to achieve them.

Data Management:

  • Maintain and organize revenue-related data in CRM systems or databases.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with various departments, including sales, marketing, finance, and product development, to support revenue initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills, including proficiency in data visualization tools.
  • Previous experience (1-3 years) in a revenue operations, sales operations, or data analysis role.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and a keen interest in revenue optimization.
