Institute of Exercise Professionals is a certifying and education institute for aspiring fitness enthusiasts and professionals in Africa. The first of its kind, this Institute was established with the help of Internationally recognized Fitness & Health Professionals to Train & Certify Exercise Professionals as well as accredit Gym facilities in Nigeria. It is Europe Active Accredited.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Location: Anthony, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • The Institute of Exercise Professionals is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
    • Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
  • Sales Pipeline Management:
    • Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
    • Nurture leads through effective communication and follow-up strategies.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis:
    • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Marketing, Business, or any related field.
  • 2 – 6 years work experience.

Qualifications

  • Must have a good understanding of the fitness industry, trends and customer preferences
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective promotion and interaction with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to analyze market data, track campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and marketing tools.
