Job Title: Sales Assistant (Male & Female)

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are looking for a trustworthy, smart, and customer-friendly male and female sales assistant.
  • The ideal candidates should be passionate about fashion and committed to providing excellent customer service.
  • As a sales Assistant, you will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with their fashion needs.
  • Provide product recommendations and help customers make informed purchase decisions.
  • Maintain the store’s visual appearance and organize stock.
  • Handle transactions and operate the cash register.
  • Work with the team to achieve store sales and targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries, returns and exchanges with professionalism.
  • Contribute to a positive and dynamic team environment
  • Online marketing,, uploading images, and creating campaigns.
  • Unpacking and sorting new stock and deliveries.
  • Promoting products and marketing
  • Dealing with payments.
  • Meeting sales targets.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND / HND / BSc in any field.
  • Experience Level: 2-3 years experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and retail business
  • A strong passion for fashion and knowledge of trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends.
  • Must be Sincere, trustworthy loyaland smart
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, patient, and customer-focused.
  • Age: 25 – 30 years.

Working Schedule:

  • Monday – Saturday, 9am – 7pm
  • Two Sundays in a month 12-6pm
  • One day off in a week.

Salary
N80,000 monthly.
