Apple & Pears Limited was incorporated in the year 2012 as an Agro-Allied & food industry to produce soya meal, concentrate and finished feed for the poultry, and refined edible oil, mayonnaise, ketchup, salad cream, vinegar, and custard powder for the Nigerian market.

The company has invested millions of dollars in land, building, construction of infrastructural facilities and machinery, with one goal in mind and that is to have an integrated facility encompassing the complete value chain of the soya bean business, from sourcing, processing, and extraction to the packaging and distribution of a wide range of soya products. With an extensive distribution network which enables the company to market its product rangea wide range of markets, making a strong impact on the refined oil market segment and feed mill industry in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Enugu, Kano, Lagos, Oyo and Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities 

  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Generate leads
  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Understanding and promoting company programs.
  • Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  • Maintaining client records.
  • Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
  • Experience of not less than 3 year in sales FMCG.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
