BULL was registered with the government through the coperate affairs commission in 2019, and since then we have operated majorly in sales of properties, development, consultancy and partnerships.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Locations: Maitama and Gwagwalada – Abuja (FCT), Ilorin – Kwara, Port Harcourt – Rivers and Ibadan – Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively source and follow up on potential clients through calls, referrals, walk ins, and field marketing
  • Present company properties to prospective buyers and investors in a clear and convincing manner
  • Conduct site inspections and property tours with clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships from first contact to deal closure
  • Negotiate sales terms in line with company guidelines
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
  • Provide regular sales updates and reports to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous experience in sales or real estate is an added advantage
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident, persuasive, and professional in client interactions
  • Self motivated, target driven, and results oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work flexible hours when required.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.
