Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • Designing and implementing marketing plans and sales strategies for company products. Coordinating with media representatives and sponsors. Answering client queries about product and generating sales.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Contributing to the development of marketing strategies
  • Conducting market research on competitors in the real estate industry
  • Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products
  • Coordinating with media representatives and sponsors
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies
  • Meeting and exceeding sales target
  • Respond to client enquiries about product specifications and uses
  • Excellent client relationship management
  • Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets its sales quota
  • Creating and presenting sales performance report.

Requirements and Skills

  • A Polytechnic or University graduate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good Negotiator
  • Great Interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer management.
