Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Ringroad – Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
- As a Sales Executive at The Dexterity Group, you will play a pivotal role in our business development efforts.
- Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, understand their needs, effectively communicate the value of our services, and secure appointments for our Sales Team.
- This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to close deals successfully.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services, qualify leads, and secure appointments for our Sales Team.
- Utilize provided data and insights to target potential clients effectively and ensure efficient and targeted engagement.
- Engage with clients in a professional and persuasive manner, clearly articulating the value proposition of our offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Adapt to flexible working hours, including shifts that may extend into the evening, to accommodate clients in different time zones.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, appointments, sales, and client information using our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed sales and appointment-setting targets. A commission structure is in place based on targets met.
- Bachelor’s Degrees with 2 – 6 years of relevant work experience.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or similar roles is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, to reach clients in different time zones.
- Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
