We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Ringroad – Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As a Sales Executive at The Dexterity Group, you will play a pivotal role in our business development efforts.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, understand their needs, effectively communicate the value of our services, and secure appointments for our Sales Team.
  • This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to close deals successfully.


  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services, qualify leads, and secure appointments for our Sales Team.
  • Utilize provided data and insights to target potential clients effectively and ensure efficient and targeted engagement.
  • Engage with clients in a professional and persuasive manner, clearly articulating the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Adapt to flexible working hours, including shifts that may extend into the evening, to accommodate clients in different time zones.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, appointments, sales, and client information using our CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed sales and appointment-setting targets. A commission structure is in place based on targets met.


  • Bachelor’s Degrees with 2 – 6 years of relevant work experience.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or similar roles is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, to reach clients in different time zones.
  • Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
