Job Description

  • As a sales intern, he/she will be assisting at various stages of the sales efforts, including creating awareness of GE’s gas turbines offerings, generating leads and retaining customers.
  • The role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on challenging, meaningful projects under the guidance of a mentor and experienced team members.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Research and generate lists of potential customers.
  • Conduct KYC for all new prospects in line with GE’s guideline and policies.
  • Provide input on customer briefs, and sales presentations.
  • Help develop client relationships, customer intimacy, and retain existing accounts.
  • Assist in evaluating new sponsorship opportunities.
  • Learn and apply sales tools and techniques in line with GE policies.
  • Maintain sales records on Sales Force (SFDC).

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Engineering ( Mechanical or Electrical ) from accredited university.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in English.

  • General knowledge of energy project development and the Nigeria electricity.supply structure and landscape.
