Mendzon Travels and Mendlink Educational Consult is the movement organization that prioritizes you. When we first started in 2011, we set out to accomplish things in a distinctive way. We needed to provide all available flights and lodging options in one location, providing a simple selection as opposed to the confusing locations that make traveling seem like hard labor. Fast-forward to the present, and we’ve transformed from a global trailblazer in movement to a web crawler for travel and housing.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales / Marketing Officer

Location: Oshogbo, Osun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Details

  • Determining clients’ needs and suggesting suitable travel packages
  • Organizing travels from beginning to end, including tickets, accommodation and transportation
  • Supplying travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday materials
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business or a related field
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
