Job Title: Sales Officer
Location:Â Abule Egba, Lagos

Position Overview
- We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, fostering strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Job Description
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential clients in the construction and building materials industry.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new business.
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, retailers, and distributors.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services.
- Communicate product features and benefits to clients, addressing their specific needs.
Sales Targets:
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets aligned with organizational objectives.
- Regularly report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Market Research and Trends:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the team on market dynamics to inform product development and marketing strategies.
General Supervision:
- Supervison of all operational/ admninstrative activities
- Ensure prompt, accurate and smooth production
- Ability to give proper reports on the input and output of materials and production
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an ND, NCEin Accounting or Business Administration qualification with 1- 2 years work experience.
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the construction or building materials sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarityand sales management tools.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Salary
- N60,000 – N70,000 monthly and some other benefits like sales commission.
