About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our team at Apple Device Box.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling Apple products, such as iPhones, iPads, Macs, and accessories, to customers in a retail setting.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about Apple products, possess excellent communication skills, and have a track record of exceeding sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

Greet customers, determine their needs, and recommend the appropriate Apple products and accessories.
Provide product demonstrations and answer any questions customers may have about Apple products.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Apple products and the technology industry in general.
Meet and exceed sales targets by actively seeking out new sales opportunities and following up on leads.
Ensure that the store is always clean, organized, and well-stocked with Apple products and accessories.
Process sales transactions using the store’s POS system and handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Work collaboratively with other sales representatives and store staff to achieve sales targets and ensure that the store runs smoothly.

Qualifications

Ordinary National Diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of sales experience in a retail setting, preferably in the technology industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge and passion for Apple products and the technology industry.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
