Marsden Lifestyle, a retail fashion store, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, actively listen to their needs, and offer personalized recommendations based on their style and preferences.
  • Proactively approach customers, showcase products effectively,and utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize sales.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and maintain in-depth knowledge of the store’s inventory, including product features, materials, and pricing.
  • Assist with maintaining the store floor, including keeping displays orderly and restocking merchandise.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, following cash handling procedures for security and accuracy.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to provide seamless customer service and achieve team goals.
  • Maintain excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,to interact with customers, colleagues,and management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in retail sales, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating positive customer experiences.
  • Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and an ability to advise customers on style choices.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • This job requires the ability to effectively use social media Platforms.
