Job Description

  • As a Sales Representative at Sirjhoe, you will play a pivotal role in driving our brand’s success.
  • Your primary responsibilities will include closing leads from various digital channels, such as online marketing and social media, while also representing Sirjhoe at physical pop-up shops, events, and other sales avenues.
  • This is an exciting opportunity that demands excellent communication skills, a deep love for footwear, and the determination to surpass sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively close leads generated through digital channels, including online marketing, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Sirjhoe at physical pop-up shops, events, and other sales opportunities.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service and in-depth product knowledge to guide customers in making well-informed purchasing decisions.
  • Stay well-informed about our product range and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Manage inventory, conduct cash transactions, and maintain meticulous record-keeping.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales team to develop and execute strategies aimed at boosting sales.
  • Foster and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail sales or a related customer-facing role is highly advantageous.
  • An unbridled passion for footwear, fashion, and a keen sense of style.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An ability to adapt to varying sales environments, whether digital or physical.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to perform well under pressure.
  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset and a burning desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Availability to work weekends and participate in events as required.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
