Job Description

Teach2Champs Educational Frontiers is an educational body focused on bridging educational gaps through teachers training, equipping teachers with the right and current skill set, provide schools and parents with well trained teachers and tutors. We are currently growing our tutoring plateform and require sales.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Nigeria

Job Summary

  • The Sale Representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional sale service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our sales environment.
  • Sale Representative will advertise our tutoring services to potential clients in the globe both for Online and Onsite tutoring.
  • This role requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • As a Sale Representative, you will be a vital part of our sales team, contributing to our success by delivering exceptional service and helping customers find the products or services that meet their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Actively engage with customers to promote services and drive sales. Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas. Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services as appropriate.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and handling billing inquiries.
  • Track and follow up on customer feedback, ensuring continuous improvement in customer service quality.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions. Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a minimum of OND degree with at least 1 Year experience in driving sale especially with an academic or tutoring industry or related field
  • Proven track record of sales with related industries
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a sale-oriented mindset.
