We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Specialist

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients from our existing list, groups, and other platforms.
  • Utilize various tools and strategies to expand our reach and find new opportunities.

Sales Calls & Consultations:

  • Conduct discovery and 45-minute sales calls to understand potential clients’ needs, challenges, and aspirations.
  • Conduct follow-up calls.
  • Present tailored solutions based on our offerings and demonstrate how they align with the client’s goals.

Nurture & Follow-Up:

  • Maintain regular communication with potential clients, addressing any concerns and keeping them engaged.
  • Implement follow-up strategies to convert leads who might be on the fence.

Maintain CRM:

  • Regularly update our CRM with the latest client interactions, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement.

Pitching for Speaking Engagements & Publications:

  • Identify opportunities for paid speaking engagements and publications.
  • Craft compelling pitches and reach out to event organizers and editors.
  • Follow up and negotiate terms.

Collaborate & Report:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Provide regular sales reports, highlighting achievements and areas of focus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills in English.
  • Basic Understanding of CRM Tools.
  • Tech-Savvy.
  • Availability for a full time job. Need to be available to work at least 3 evenings up to 11pm
  • Nigeria time to accommodate client’s timezone. The evening shift will be remote and you can work from your home.

Prerequisite:

  • Must have a laptop, strong wifi and back up source of power for the times you work from home.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly with commission opportunities.
