Berrymart Integrated Services Limited is a dynamic, innovative, service centric, wholly indigenous company and a major player in FMCG distribution sector. Since inception in 2010 the company has steadily continued to expand its business network, with its core operation in the distribution of certified highly nutritious consumables.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
  • Organize and coordinate a sales team
  • Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock
  • Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods
  • Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand
  • Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards
  • Supervise and oversee the maintenance of customer databases
  • Analyze field reports and prepare sales documents
  • Utilize information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field preferred
  • 5 years’ experience in a sales-focused customer/client facing role with a track
  • Record of top performance
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.

Salary
NGN100,000 monthly net + NGN100,000 incentive based on target
