We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Secretary / Administrative Officer
Location:Â Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Essential Duties and Responsibilties
- Implementing administrative procedures
- Scheduling meetings and conferences
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Organizing and distributing messages
- Documenting financial information
- Maintaining and ordering offices supplies
- Prioritizing workables
- Managing Database
Educational Qualification and Experience
- Interested candidates should possess a Degree qualification with 2-3 years’ working experience
- Proven work experience as a Secretary/ Administrative Officer
- Familarity with office organisation and optimization techniques
- Experience in data processing and bookkeeping skills
- Ability to work independently
- Organized and professional demeanor
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in maintaining and prioritizing a manager’s calendar
