We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Secretary

Location: Okota, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties.
  • Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents.
  • Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases.
  • Liaising with internal departments and communicating with the public.
  • Directing internal and external calls, emails, and faxes to designated departments.
  • Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
  • Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, note-taking
  • Preparing facilities and arranging refreshments for events, if required.
  • Observing the best business practices and etiquette

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification in relevant field.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in secretarial role.
  • Female candidates only.
  • Candidate must be very good in Microsoft excel, Office package, typing and printing.
  • Candidates living within Okota is an added advantage.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must be a Female, and a Christian.
  • Must not be married.

Salary
N55,000 Monthly.
