Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and converting sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering excellent customer service.
  • You will play a key role in achieving revenue targets, expanding the company’s market presence, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the Lagos market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales plans to achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns, including digital and social media strategies.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring a seamless customer experience and repeat business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years as a Sales Executive preferably in the automobile or related industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Proven customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong team collaboration and basic leadership capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to design, implement, and follow through on actionable sales plans.
  • Familiarity with digital and social media marketing strategies.
  • Must be able to drive and hold a valid driver’s license.
  • Must reside in Lekki or Island axis of Lagos (strict requirement).

Salary
N250,000 / Month.
