We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Social Media Manager
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Manage all social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Create engaging social media content that is consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of brand messaging and customer engagement.
- Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns including budgeting, targeting and optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, and incorporate them into the company’s social media strategy.
- Develop influencer marketing strategies and manage relationships with influencers.
- Monitor and report on social media competitors and industry trends.
- Perform other functions as assigned by the Board and the Group MD/ CEO.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- A Certification in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage
- Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.
- Knowledge of the payment services industry is a plus.
- The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 3 years of experience in social media management.
- A proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
- The candidate should have a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- The candidate should posses at least basic experience in using graphics design tools like – Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw.
- Candidate must be painstakingly attentive to details.
