Purpose Statement

  • Enif is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Executive to join our sales team. As a Software Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and sales of Enif’’s cutting-edge AI platform among small businesses in Nigeria.
  • Your role is pivotal in connecting with potential clients, understanding their unique business needs, and demonstrating how Enif can transform their operations.
  • This position offers a significant opportunity for learning and growth in a rapidly growing and evolving industry, AI.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential small business clients in Nigeria.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Enif to prospective clients.
  • Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and close sales deals while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Understand clients’ business operations and tailor solutions to their specific needs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing top-notch customer support and post-sale services.
  • Stay updated on the features and benefits of software products to communicate their value to potential clients effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to remain a subject matter expert.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Regularly report on sales activities, leads, and progress to direct report.

Requirements

  • HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software, direct sales or business development, particularly in the technology industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • A self-starter with a passion for technology and innovation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of AI, automation, or technology solutions is a plus.
  • Availability to travel within Nigeria as needed.
