Job Title: Spa & Wellness Director

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance spa and wellness services.
  • Align wellness offerings with Montaigne Place’s brand vision and business goals.
  • Monitor industry trends to introduce innovative treatments and services.
  • Oversee daily operations across all spa locations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service.
  • Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for spa services.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor spa and wellness staff, including therapists, aestheticians, and support teams.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement development plans.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience through personalized services and customer-centric practices.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Build strong relationships with VIP clients and members.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote spa services and wellness programs.
  • Identify partnership opportunities to expand client base and revenue streams.
  • Organize wellness events, workshops, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Regularly audit spa operations to maintain quality and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience.
