Lighting Finance Services Limited, among her many services, is a Loan Recovery Agency, giving out Soft loans to qualified Individuals and the General Public.

 

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Tele-Loan Recovery Officer

 

Location: Oregun / Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

 

Job Description

 

We are looking for Tele-Loan Recovery Officers that will contact our delinquent customers and walk them through repaying their debts.

Duties

 

Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.

Inform customers of overdue accounts and amount currently owed

Collect payment by advising the customer to pay his loan via the approved channel only.

Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.

Negotiating suitable payment plans.

Ensure all customer information is correct, including phone numbers and addresses.

Record all interactions and commitment to repay debts in the CRM.

Qualifications

 

Minimum Qualification: OND / HND / B.Sc.

Must have experience of 1 – 3 years as Loan Recovery Officer, (Call Center Experience is an advantage).

Proficiency in relevant Computer Applications.

Strong Negotiation and Persuasive Skills is required.

Must speak English fluently and fluency in our native languages is an advantage as well.

Knowledge of Customer Services Practices and Principles.

Excellent Communication Skills, (superior Listening, verbal and written skills).

Remuneration

This job is strictly salary (N50,000 – N80,000 monthly) plus commission based with a transport allowance and other incentives.
