We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Telephone Sales Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • As a Telephone Sales Executive you’ll be expected to sell the products and services of the Incash by calling prospective clients.
  • You may also be carrying out market research, so you won’t necessarily be stuck to the phone. Working within a team of other Sales Executives you’ll be set targets and strategies by the Team supervisor.
  • Your day will be mostly spent calling companies and organizations and persuading them to come on board with incash ,sign up for a trial service or Schedule a meeting with our team.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Initiating sales with potential clients over the phone.
  • Asking questions to engage clients and keep the conversation going
  • Listening to the clients needs
  • Gathering and documenting client information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to our products.
  • Keeping up to date on all products and informing clients of new products.
  • Meeting sales quotas. Requirements and Qualifications

Requirements

  • BSc / BA in Public Relations, communications, Marketing or a relevant field
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Creative thinking skills.
  • The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
  • Good sales ability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to handle rejection and stress
