Job Summary

  • We’re seeking a driven and results-oriented Telesales Officer to join our Consumer Business team! In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in promoting sales of our innovative Health insurance product tailored for the consumer market.
  • Your responsibilities will include prospecting, qualifying leads, educating potential customers on product benefits, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer pain points and identify how our product can provide solutions.
  • Educate potential customers on features and benefits of our HMO product that is relevant to specific customer needs.
  • Effectively guide customers through the sales process and sign-up of new accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers and become a trusted advisor.
  • Exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or a similar B2B sales role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth understanding of the challenges faced by small businesses (a plus).
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (a plus)
  • A passion for technology and a strong desire to learn about new solutions.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
