We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Virtual Salesperson

  • B.Sc. in Sales, Marketing or related field with a minimum of 2 years experience in relevant virtual sales/marketing.
  • Applicant must be proficient with the use of Microsoft tools, digital marketing, graphics app and social media usage.

Job Competency Requirements:

  • Ability to sell Streaming Entertainment Service Apps to new and returning customers and provide any assistance upon purchase.
  • Ability to follow up with new prospects or leads, call potential customers, contact previous buyers to follow up on their purchases, schedule appointments via email or phone, and answer any customer questions.
  • Ability tocollaborate with customers in Streaming Entertainment Services, and manage a sales pipeline to consistently close new business.
  • Ability to create, manage, and advance accounts, leads, and opportunities in the company’s CRM system (Salesforce) and provide accurate sales activity and forecasts.
  • Develop sales skills and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Streaming Entertainment Service Apps offering to optimize sales results; remain up-to-date with new product initiatives, services, industry trends and other relevant information of interest to customers.
  • Ability to address and escalate client concerns to our Service Partners, and follow-ups necessary to ensure satisfactory resolution when required.
