We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Client Relationship Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact.
  • Understand clients’ needs and objectives, and proactively identify opportunities to provide value-added solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of products/services to clients.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to help them achieve their goals.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track and report on key account metrics, such as client retention and satisfaction levels.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to better serve clients and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management or a similar role, preferably in the outsourcing sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
